2020 is here, and we welcome it with the beautiful country of Mauritius. Located far behind Madagascar in the Indian Ocean, the tropical island is one of the most unknoiwn nations in Africa. To change this we are joined this week by Zubeir Golamaully. After finishing his Bachelor in Biotechnology at the University of Mauritius, he currently lives in Ankara to finish his postgraduate studies.
The interview covers among other topics the melting pot of ethnicities and languages, the island’s unique political system, as well as the source for Mauritius’ current economic success.
